BOOKING CONDITIONS - Charges must be paid by cash or credit card before occupancy commences. No refund will be given for early departure.
Pets are permitted upon application: NO pets in Cabins at any time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a NO SHOW booking, or FAILURE to CANCEL giving 48 hours' notice of a cancellation the full amount for the tariff will be charged to intending guest's credit card:
Please note - Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bundanoon Weekend, and Tulip Time breaks we require 7 days' notice of cancellation.
ALL CANCELLATIONS will attract a $20 administration fee.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR PETS IN VANS OR CABINS.
PENSIONER RATES ONLY AVAILABLE IN OFF PEAK PERIODS.
All the double beds in Executive, Deluxe and Standard cabins are made up.
Peak time is all Friday, Saturdays and school and public holidays.
